How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs will be added to your purchases as a flat charge of $5 per item and for orders over $25 it will be completely free, our shipping cost applies to all worldwide locations, yes we deliver worldwide.

How long will delivery take?

UltimateCreek.com represents several manufacturers. We ship some of our products direct from our fulfillment center, while other products may come direct from the manufacturer. Therefore multi-products orders may arrive in multiple boxes from varied points of origin.

We will make any effort to process each order the same day it’s received. How quickly orders are fulfilled and shipped is subject to the shipping policies of the distributor supplying the product in the order.Each shipper will do it’s best to fulfill and ship your order within 24-48 hours of it’s receipt. The length of time it takes for your order to arrive may be affected by the origin of the shipment. Typically within 1 to 3 weeks in the US, or 2 to 4 weeks to the remaining countries.

Do you do refunds?

Yes, depending on the circumstance.
